Freelancer Recruiter cum Business Partner (WFH Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Type: Freelance / Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary) India Job Kart is hiring Freelancer Recruiters for BPO hiring (Teleperformance & similar clients). This is a work-from-home, performance-based role for recruiters who can source, screen, and close candidates. Payout (Per Candidate) Up to ₹3,000 total • ₹500 after 30 days • ₹500 after 60 days • ₹2,000 after 90 days (retained) Settlement Date: 10th of every month Key Responsibilities • Source candidates via Facebook, WhatsApp, referrals, LinkedIn, etc. • Screen candidates (communication, shift, salary, location, joining readiness) • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups • Ensure joining and retention (30/60/90 days) • Update daily tracker (lineups, interviews, joinings, dropouts) Requirements • Recruitment experience (BPO preferred) • Good communication (Hindi/English; Punjabi is a plus) • Smartphone + internet (Laptop preferred) • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge Earning Potential • 5 retained/month = ₹15,000 • 10 retained/month = ₹30,000 • 20 retained/month = ₹60,000+ Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 36 months Pay: From ₹500.00 per day Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Work Location: Remote
