SEO Specialist (1–3 Yrs Exp) – Work From Home

We are a Kolkata-based company seeking a dedicated and result-oriented SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. This is a 100% Work From Home position. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Important Note: • Experience Required: 1–3 years of professional SEO experience. • No Freshers: Please do not apply if you are a fresher; we require candidates with a proven track record. • Language: Must be fluent in Bengali and English. • Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently located in or around Kolkata. Key Responsibilities: • On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword research, and high-quality link building. • Content Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve organic rankings. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. • Pressure Handling: Manage strict deadlines and deliver measurable growth in organic traffic while working under pressure. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (Agency experience preferred). • Deep understanding of Google’s latest algorithm updates and ranking factors. • Proficiency in technical SEO, GMB optimization, and competitor analysis. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable tasks. • Must be a resident of West Bengal (Preferably Kolkata).
