Digital Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads )

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads) Experience Required: 3+ Years Location: Delhi (Candidates from Delhi or those willing to relocate are preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience running performance-driven campaigns for both lead generation and e-commerce brands. Experience handling international clients or global projects and working with a digital marketing agency is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, P-max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Create and manage high-performing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. • Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide data-driven insights. • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients. • Stay updated with advertising platform updates, trends, and best practices. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Proven experience managing lead gen and e-commerce campaigns. • Mandatory experience working with a digital marketing agency. • Experience managing international clients or multi-country campaigns. • Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver consistent results. • Excellent communication and client-handling skills. • Candidates from Delhi or willing to relocate for a full-time office role are preferred.
