Role Overview: Diligent is looking for a HR Resources Business Partner to join their team and help in solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness and people-related initiatives. - Utilize data to identify trends, both qualitative and quantitative, and use them to strengthen organizational health, guide decision-making, and prioritize business priorities. - Solve problems by getting to the root cause of any issue and quickly implementing solutions that span across multiple disciplines. - Provide expertise in areas such as career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development. - Offer support in all HR areas to employees at all levels, ensuring top-notch customer service. - Drive cyclical processes within the business area while maintaining global consistency with other regional business partners. - Stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes in HR and employment law for the business area and jurisdiction. Qualification Required: - Effective and professional interaction with all levels of personnel, including leadership. - Extensive experience in handling employee relation issues within India. - Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a high-demand environment and execute complicated assignments efficiently. - Capability to work independently as well as within a team. - Exercise appropriate judgment, confidentiality, and discretion. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
