Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall hygiene of brand accounts, formulating effective strategies, coordinating with backend teams (design and content), and analyzing platform performance to drive engagement and growth. This role ensures that all social media activities align with client objectives and industry best practices. Should have 3+ years experience, well versed in Kannada Speaking & writing. • Account Hygiene & Maintenance • Regularly audit and update social media profiles to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions to maintain brand reputation. • Strategy Formulation • Develop platform-specific strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. • Align campaign strategies with client goals and broader marketing initiatives. • Team Coordination • Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. • Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure creative output matches strategic intent. • Analytics & Reporting • Track performance metrics across platforms (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions). • Generate insights and recommend optimizations based on data analysis. • Trend Monitoring Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,994.34 - ₹49,472.35 per month Benefits: • Flexible schedule Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: • Kannada (Required) Work Location: In person
