Key Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and provide detailed information on daily specials or menu changes.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system and communicate specific dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Table Service: Deliver orders promptly, perform table maintenance (clearing plates, refilling drinks), and ensure guests are satisfied throughout their meal.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, potential allergens, and wine/beverage pairings.
- Financial Handling: Prepare final bills, process payments (cash/card), and ensure all transactions are handled accurately.
- Side Work: Assist with opening and closing duties, including polishing glassware, setting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
