We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Patient Coordinator to manage enquiry calls, assist patients and their families, and handle basic office coordination at a De-Addiction & Rehabilitation Center. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to deal with sensitive situations with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle enquiry calls from patients and families regarding treatment and admission.
2. Provide clear information about the rehabilitation process and facilities.
3. Assist in patient admission and maintain proper records and documentation.
4.Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and other staff members.
5. Manage front office operations and maintain patient data.
6.Address queries and concerns of parents or family members in a supportive and respectful manner.
7. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
8. Support administrative and office-related tasks when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to handle emotional or sensitive situations calmly.
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
4.Fluency in Hindi.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: As per experience and discussion.

Working Hours: Full-time position.
