SAP Success Factor Payroll, Compensation & Benefits- Hyderabad Office

Required Skillset • Strong hands-on experience in SAP EC Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll. • Experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles (regular & off cycle) • Solid experience in SuccessFactors Compensation configuration • Exposure to Benefits configuration and payroll alignment • Good understanding of EC–Payroll integration • Experience in UAT, testing, and production support • Ability to prepare functional specs and handle stakeholder discussions Preferred • GCC payroll exposure • Telecom or regulated industry experience • Relevant SAP certification (EC / ECP / Compensation)
