STAR Recruiter for an AI startup

The senior recruiter will assist senior management in recruiting the initial team to support the management. We are seeking a senior recruiter with a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience handling all aspects of recruiting for non-technical jobs in the BFSI sector. The responsibilities include: • Build a recruiting process and a pipeline of candidates • Handles end-to-end aspects of recruiting new employees • Assist management with multi-tasking • Ideal candidates are dynamic, hard workers, result-oriented and who can excel in a fast-paced startup environment and possess outstanding communication skills The role is part of tiger-team.
