Role Description This is an on-site Healthcare Specialist role located in Jaipur. The Healthcare Specialist will provide medical support, including emergency medical services (EMT) and patient care. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, communicating effectively with patients and team members, administering medical treatments, and conducting health-related training sessions for staff or community programs. The role also requires staying up-to-date on the latest healthcare practices and ensuring compliance with medical regulations and standards. Qualifications • Expertise in EMT and basic or advanced medical care • Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and medical teams • Knowledge and experience in medicine and healthcare practices • Ability to provide training and healthcare education to staff or communities • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability in critical situations • Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare or emergency medical services • Previous experience in a similar role or a healthcare-related field is a plus
