Role Description We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist responsible for lead generation, client engagement, product pitching, and revenue growth. The role involves working closely with the marketing and business teams to drive conversions, manage client relationships, execute sales strategies, and represent DMS Designs across digital and offline channels. Strong communication, persuasion, and a target-driven mindset are essential. Freshers with strong potential and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply. Qualifications • 0 - 1 year of Experience in Business Development or similar relevant roles. • Proven expertise in Business Development, Market Research, and identifying Growth Opportunities • Strategic Planning, Brand Strategy, and Competitor Analysis experience • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets • Proficiency in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Relationship Management • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
