Finance & Accounts Manager Location: Nagpur – On-site, Full-time Company: Dreamz Hub | Ved Sanjeevani Ayurvedas | Krack Shield About the Role We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Accountant who understands how online marketplaces and Shopify stores operate — from order management and payout reconciliation to daily bookkeeping and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will take ownership of accounting operations across Dreamz Hub, Ved Sanjeevani Ayurvedas, and Krack Shield, ensuring financial accuracy, accountability, and smooth coordination across platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily bookkeeping and reconciliation for marketplace transactions — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, and Krack Shield’s website • Verify sales, commissions, returns, deductions, and payment settlements • Record invoices, journal entries, purchases, and expenses in Tally / Zoho Books • Handle COD remittance reconciliation, courier charges, and bank statement mapping • Maintain inventory and stock movement reports between warehouse and marketplaces • Prepare GST, TDS, and monthly accounting summaries in coordination with the CA • Generate weekly & monthly MIS reports covering sales, margins, returns, and profitability • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure real-time financial visibility Requirements • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent Qualification • 2–4 years of accounting experience in e-commerce / retail operations • Working knowledge of: • Amazon Seller Central • Flipkart Seller Hub • Shopify • Payment gateways • Strong command over Tally / Zoho Books / Advanced Excel reconciliation • Good understanding of GST, TDS, commission deductions, and settlement cycles • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multi-brand accounting Why Join Us Work with three fast-growing Indian brands: Ved Sanjeevani Ayurvedas – Ayurvedic Wellness Dreamz Hub – Lifestyle & E-commerce Innovations Krack Shield – Construction Solutions & Waterproofing Products • Exposure to multi-category e-commerce accounting • Direct involvement in growing D2C and marketplace brands • Growth-oriented culture with long-term leadership opportunities Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
