Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media Marketing Intern who already has hands-on experience managing social media pages and creating engaging content. This is not a beginner internship — we are looking for someone who understands social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement. If you are passionate about creating content that performs and want real-world experience managing brands, this role is for you. Responsibilities • Plan and execute content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, youtube and other marketing platforms. • Create high-quality social media posts including reels, carousels, and short videos. • Write compelling captions, hooks, and call-to-actions that drive engagement. • Analyze social media performance and optimize content based on insights. • Assist in executing paid ad campaigns and promotions. • Stay updated with current trends and implement viral content ideas. • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams when required. Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 6 months of experience in social media marketing or content management. • Proven experience managing business or brand pages. • Strong understanding of content formats like reels, short videos, and carousels. • Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools. • Good copywriting and caption-writing skills. • Ability to analyze content performance and improve engagement. Preferred Skills • Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. • Experience working with content calendars and campaign planning. • Basic knowledge of running ads on Instagram, Facebook, and google.
