Key Responsibilities:
Walk-in Patient AcquisitionDevelop and implement strategic acquisition plans to expand hospital market presence.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to guide business growth initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
Engage with local communities to enhance awareness and service delivery.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care services.
Track, analyze, and report acquisition metrics and performance indicators.
TPA Empanelment & Claim Settlement
Drive empanelment with insurance companies and TPAs.
Build and strengthen partnerships with TPAs and insurance partners.
Oversee contract renewals and ensure compliance with empanelment terms.
Manage escalations related to patient claims and TPA processes.
Ensure timely and accurate claim processing and settlement.
Support to Facility ManagementOversee maintenance, security, housekeeping, transport, and guest house facilities.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and report timely to the concerned authorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in hospital business development/healthcare operations.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of TPA processes and insurance claim management.Good leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
