Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Officers role based in Mangaluru. Nursing Officers at Dr. Thunga's Manaswini will be entrusted with providing patient-centered care, monitoring and recording patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and supporting the implementation of individual care plans for those undergoing mental health or addiction treatment. The role also involves close collaboration with doctors, therapists, and families to ensure the well-being and recovery of patients while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. Qualifications • Proven skills in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and providing emotional support. • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, therapists, and caregivers. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and standards. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care in a sensitive and professional manner. • A degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution; valid nursing licensure is required. • Experience in mental health care or addiction management is an advantage.
