Require Bengali, SST, Chemistry & Science Teacher

Role : The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, maintaining discipline, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment that supports students’ academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans as per the curriculum. • Teach assigned subjects effectively using modern teaching methodologies. • Evaluate students’ performance through regular assessments, tests, and assignments. • Maintain discipline and ensure a structured classroom environment. • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance. • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities. • Use basic digital tools and smart classroom technology for teaching. Qualifications & Requirements: • Master’s Degree in relevant subject with B.Ed. (Preferred). • Convent school background (Preferred). • Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience in the same field. • Strong command over English (spoken and written). • Effective classroom management and communication skills. • Ability to use modern teaching methods and basic digital tools. • Dedicated, responsible, and student-focused approach.
