Key Responsibilities:
Interact with students and parents to provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Understand students’ educational goals and recommend suitable programs, especially for UPSC and competitive exam preparation.
Provide detailed guidance on UPSC exam structure, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Support the counselling team in achieving admission and conversion targets.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
2 – 5 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Good knowledge of UPSC examination, syllabus, and preparation process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
