Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for optimizing video content for the Drishti Teaching Exams YouTube Channel to improve search rankings, visibility, CTR, and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research for video topics

• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and metadata

• Improve discoverability in search and suggested feeds

• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, impressions, traffic sources)

• Conduct competitor and trend analysis

• Suggest thumbnail and title improvements

• Track keyword rankings and prepare performance reports

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and SEO

• Experience with tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.

• Analytical mindset with reporting ability

• Attention to detail
