Motions & Graphic Designer

Job Purpose:

To create engaging and visually compelling motion graphics and videos that enhance brand communication, improve student engagement, and support marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Create and edit high-quality motion graphics and video content for digital platforms, design performance-driven creatives, collaborate with teams, and ensure brand consistency.

Major KRAs:

- Create high-quality, engaging video and motion creatives for digital platforms.

- Apply a strong understanding of digital ad creatives to support marketing campaigns effectively.

- Bring innovative and trend-driven ideas to enhance content impact and engagement.

- Deliver content consistently within defined timelines.

- Develop multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.

- Ensure compelling storytelling and audience engagement in all videos.

- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of digital ad creatives and platform-specific requirements such as Meta and YouTube.

- Ability to generate innovative and trend-driven creative ideas.

- Good sense of motion design, storytelling, typography, and color.

- Experience in creating short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and Ads.

- Knowledge of video editing, transitions, and sound design.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams.

- Understanding of branding and consistency in visual communication.

Qualification and Experience:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or certification/specialization in Motion Graphics and Video Editing with a strong portfolio of digital creatives

Minimum Experience: 2–3 years, preferably in EdTech, Test Prep, or agency-side roles
