Online Studio/Course Manager - Lucknow

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Online Studio / Course Manager is responsible for end-to-end coordination of live and recorded online course operations at the respective centre. This role bridges faculty, tech infrastructure, and other stakeholders from respective Verticals— ensuring sessions are scheduled, shot and delivered seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily schedule of live online classes (Including Recordings), ensuring on-time studio availability and technical readiness of studio equipment.

• Coordinate with faculty and other relevant stakeholders for session timings, topic plans, and other such requirements.

• Monitor live session quality — audio, video, lighting, connectivity — and escalate technical issues immediately.

• Maintain course-wise content trackers with the Online tech team and other relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the app/tech team for lecture categorisation and streaming, topic mapping, and content uploads.

• Manage studio assets — cameras, mics, lighting, OBS/streaming tools — and ensure regular maintenance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in any discipline (Mass Comm / IT / Management preferred)

• 1–3 years’ experience in online education, EdTech ops, or media production

• Familiarity with streaming tools (OBS, Zoom, YouTube Live)

• Proficiency in MS Excel Sheets for tracking

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior exposure to UPSC / PCS coaching environment

• Strong communication in Hindi + working English

• Data Management Skills

• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple faculties simultaneously
