The specialist will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and support client accounts. Daily responsibilities include managing customer communication, resolving issues, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills • Ability to promote Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience • Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and maintain organized records • Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications • Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
