Ensure adherence to cold chain and temperature-control requirements. oordinate urgent or last-minute delivery changes. Supervise drivers and dispatch personnel. Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies. Verify dispatch orders against invoices and delivery notes. Ensure accurate documentation for outbound shipments.
