As a Promotional Staff member, you will represent our brand in public spaces, assist with marketing campaigns, and help create a vibrant presence in the community. Here’s the polished version: Promotional Assistant – Key Responsibilities • End-to-End On-Field Promotions Take full responsibility for executing promotional activities as per the schedule, across all designated branches. • Flyer & Pamphlet Distribution Visit apartments, gated communities, and residential areas to distribute flyers and brochures. Coordinate with respective authorities to post posters on notice boards. • Poster Sticking & Banner Tying Handle the physical tasks of sticking posters and tying banners securely at approved locations to maximize visibility. • Event & Display Support Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays during events and brand activations. • Community & Commercial Outreach Engage with eateries, cafés, and local commercial establishments to secure collaboration deals for promotions and visibility. • On-Ground Brand Activation Support event logistics, interact with potential customers, and represent the academy during promotional campaigns. • Inventory & Reporting Maintain stock of promotional materials, track usage, and provide timely reports to management. • Feedback Collection Gather insights from the field to improve future campaigns and share feedback from prospective customers. • Office Support (Occasional) Assist with basic office tasks such as packing materials, data entry, or campaign preparation. Additional Requirement • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to carry and transport promotional materials and other items independently. • Should be accountable for end-to-end execution of on-field promotional activities according to the schedule and across all branches.
