Sr Recruitment Specialist (NON-IT)

About the job: Responsibilities 1.Handle end-to-end Recruitment. 2.Devise and implement sourcing strategies to ensure pipelines of potential applicants. 3.Formulate & implement the entire hiring process. 4.Prepare & revise the JD as & when needed. 5.Close positions within the set budgets 6.Screening & Mapping of resumes with the requirement 7.Conduct a preliminary interview to determine the applicant's eligibility. 8.Schedule Interviews of shortlisted candidates. 9.Prepare and update recruitment Reports & dashboards. 10.Experience & smart in using job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. 11.Tie-up with Institutes & Placement consultants 12.Proficient in headhunting & poaching from the same Industry. 13.Negotiating recruitment terms and package 14.Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and hiring processes. 15.Assisting in other areas of HR, including Induction Qualifications: 1.Min 2 + years of hardcore recruitment background in the NON-IT industry (like Construction, Engineering, contracting, Placement Agency). 2.Experience in hiring Non-IT technical profiles like Mechanical Engineers, Project Engineers, Sales Engineers, Finance, Accounts, etc. 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4.Proficient in Advance Excel, Word, and PPT. 5.Strong organizational and time management abilities 6.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 7.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 8.Knowledge of current employment laws and best practices for recruitment and onboarding will be an added advantage. 9.Good Team Player with Leadership Qualities. 10.
