Durga Developers is hiring Sales Executives for real estate projects in Ranchi. Skills & Requirements • Good communication skills (Hindi / English) • Basic sales or telecalling experience preferred • Basic computer knowledge • Strong persuasion and customer engagement ability. • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Responsibilities: • Call potential investors and explain about projects • Provide accurate information about property listings, including features, pricing, location, and availability • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, interest level, and budget. • Follow up regularly with interested prospects to nurture and convert them into appointments. • Schedule and confirm site visits or meetings for the sales team with prospective clients. • Maintain and update CRM or lead management systems with call notes, lead status, and follow-up details. • Handle inbound calls and customer queries in a professional and courteous manner. • Generate leads and follow up with clients • Schedule site visits with interested customers • Maintain customer database Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
