Japanese Language Specialist – PCB Design / Semiconductor Domain (India)

Job Summary We are looking for a Japanese Language Specialist to support communication between our engineering teams and Japanese customers. The role involves translation, interpretation, customer coordination, documentation handling, and supporting business development activities in the Japan region. PCB / Electronics / Semiconductor industry exposure will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Language & Communication - Translate technical and business documents (English ⇄ Japanese) - Interpret during customer meetings, technical discussions, and reviews - Support email and daily communication with Japanese customers - Prepare meeting minutes and action trackers - Customer Coordination - Act as a bridge between Japanese customers and internal engineering teams - Support project status communication and follow-ups - Help understand customer technical requirements and clarify queries - Technical Support (Preferred but Not Mandatory) - Basic understanding of PCB design flow - Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly process - Exposure to semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment Required Skills Language Skills - Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good English communication skills - Technical / Functional Skills - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Experience handling customer communication - Ability to understand technical documentation - Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with Japanese customers or companies - Exposure to PCB design / Electronics / Semiconductor industry - Experience in engineering services companies - Knowledge of PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, Mentor, etc.) – optional - Soft Skills - Strong coordination and follow-up skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work in cross-cultural teams - Time management and multitasking ability - Education - Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline) - Engineering / Electronics background preferred but not mandatory - Why Join Us - Prospect to work with global semiconductor and electronics customers - Exposure to advanced PCB and hardware design technologies - Fast-growing engineering services environment - Opportunity to work closely with Japan region customers - Interested candidates can send their resume to: and to Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: - Food provided - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
