Your Key Responsibilities SEO & Organic Growth (Global Focus) Develop and execute SEO strategies targeting AU, UK & US markets Conduct international keyword research & competitor analysis Handle technical SEO audits & improvements Improve organic rankings across multiple regions Manage global domain and content localization strategy AI-Assisted Content Leadership Lead global content strategy Write high-quality blogs, landing pages & case studies Use AI tools to scale content production Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, search intent & conversions Align messaging for different international audiences Digital Campaign Management Manage Google Ads & paid campaigns across multiple regions Oversee LinkedIn & B2B social media marketing Execute email marketing campaigns Optimize landing pages for lead conversion Team Leadership & Ownership Lead and mentor the digital marketing team Set KPIs and performance targets Delegate tasks and ensure execution discipline Build structured marketing workflows Take full ownership of global digital growth Analytics & Reporting Track performance using Google Analytics & Search Console Provide weekly/monthly performance reports Analyze ROI and optimize campaigns based on data ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in SEO & digital marketing Experience managing campaigns across international markets Proven team leadership experience Strong English content writing skills Experience using AI tools for content creation Highly analytical and growth-focused mindset Bonus Points Experience in B2B SaaS Technical SEO expertise Experience with multi-region websites Conversion rate optimization knowledge Why Join Us?
