Preschool Center Head / Center Manager – Hebbal, Bangalore Location: Hebbal, Bangalore Organisation: EarlyVentions – Chain of Preschools & Childcare Centres EarlyVentions is a fast-growing chain of premium preschools and in-house childcare centres operating across Bangalore. We work closely with large apartment communities and corporates to provide safe, high-quality early years care for working parents. We are currently hiring an experienced Preschool Center Head / Center Manager for our Hebbal location. This is a leadership role for someone who can independently manage a centre end-to-end while maintaining strong academic quality, operational excellence, and parent satisfaction. Key Responsibilities – Preschool Center Head / Center Manager As a Preschool Center Head / Center Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and smooth functioning of the centre, including: • End-to-end management of preschool and daycare operations • Leading, mentoring, and managing teachers and centre staff • Ensuring high-quality academic delivery in line with EarlyVentions curriculum and standards • Monitoring lesson plans, classroom practices, and child engagement • Managing admissions, enquiries, and parent conversions • Handling parent communication, feedback, and escalations professionally • Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards • Coordinating with central academic and operations teams • Driving enrolments and maintaining optimal occupancy levels Eligibility & Requirements We are looking for candidates who have: • Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool, or Daycare operations (mandatory) • Experience in a leadership role such as Preschool Center Head / Center Manager, Centre Coordinator, or similar • Strong people management and communication skills • Ability to handle both academic and operational responsibilities • Good organisational and problem-solving skills • Willingness to take ownership of centre performance • Candidates residing in or around Hebbal preferred (daily commute feasibility is important) Working Hours • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Saturday: Half day (as per centre requirements) What We Offer • Leadership role in a growing preschool and childcare brand • Opportunity to manage and build a centre like your own • Support from central academic and operations teams • Structured systems and processes • Career growth opportunities within the EarlyVentions network Who Should Apply If you are currently working as a Preschool Center Head / Center Manager or aspire to grow into a leadership role within the preschool and daycare sector, this opportunity offers both stability and long-term career growth.
