Video Producer

Key Responsibilities: • Develop creative concepts and video strategies aligned with brand goals(Ed-tech exp preferred) • Write scripts, plan storyboards, and coordinate shoots • Manage video production timelines and budgets • Direct on-camera talent and crew during filming • Oversee video editing, sound design, color correction, and post-production • Ensure final content meets quality standards and platform requirements • Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred) • 2+ years of experience in video production • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) • Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills • Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera equipment • Understanding of social media video trends and formats Preferred Qualifications: • Experience producing content for YouTube or digital platforms • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation • Basic understanding of SEO for video content • Experience managing freelancers or production teams
