CAD Technician

DESCRIPTION We are looking for people with the following: • A good degree, diploma or certification in related discipline such as civil engineering, architecture, CAD, technical drawings • 1+ years’ experience in detailing in a consulting or construction firm • Excellent knowledge of 2D AutoCAD and preferably also 3D AutoCAD • Good English language communication skills and collaborative approach RESPONSIBILITIES • Working with our Senior CAD Technician and Engineers to draft details from concept design stage through to contract stage • Producing technical drawings in a clear and consistent style • Maintaining a library of facade and structural details • Collaborating with EOC engineers and technicians to share best practice, coordinate with practice-wide CAD standards and protocols • Managing issue of drawings to relevant parties on a timely basis. • Work to the CAD drawing weekly schedule. • Being responsible for meeting agreed deadlines and managing time to meet programme • Maintaining an awareness of industry systems JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • A keen interest in quality drawing work • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D • Motivated and committed to delivering high-quality design work PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels • Good organisational skills and the ability to cope with a variety of tasks • Adaptable and collaborative approach with the ability to work as part of a team in a busy, creative atmosphere WE OFFER • An inclusive workplace that values diversity, collaboration, and professional excellence • Opportunities for continuing professional development and mentoring • Access to research, innovation, and company R+D initiatives • Collaboration opportunities with our international offices • World-class projects with respected architects and collaborators • A supportive environment that encourages career growth at all stages Please email your CV and a covering letter with subject line ‘EOC-IN-CAD’ to: recruitment@eocengineers.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: • Leave encashment • Paid time off Work Location: In person
