Role Objective
Provide end to end administrative, coordination, and tech enabled support to management. Act as a reliable all rounder who can learn fast, execute independently, and scale with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Backend administrative work across operations, sales support, and documentation
• Daily coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Data entry, CRM updates, and workflow management on ZOHO
• Drafting emails, follow ups, reports, and basic presentations
• Calendar management, task tracking, and deadline control
• Ad hoc support to management as required
• Co-ordinate with suppliers and accountants and company's different offices.
Required Skills
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali
• High comfort with computers, cloud tools, and digital workflows
• Hands on experience or quick learning ability with ZOHO CRM and related tools
• Good coordination, follow through, and organizational discipline
• Ability to handle multiple tasks without supervision

• Young professional at early career stage
• Tech savvy with keen interest in AI powered tools and automation
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and growth oriented
• Detail focused with a problem solving mindset
• Professional, discreet, and dependable
Education and Experience
• Graduate or equivalent practical experience
• Prior admin, operations, or assistant role preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
