As a Marketing Visual Designer at Ecolab, you will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling visual designs and experiences across print and digital channels. You will use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts, ensure brand consistency, and deliver high-impact visual solutions that elevate storytelling and drive business outcomes. Collaboration with BU/Divisional Marcomm, Brand, and digital teams will be crucial to create engaging, client-centric design solutions that contribute to Marketing Services process excellence and continuous improvement. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Create visual design and brand materials aligned with the overall design strategy and creative brief, and iterate with stakeholders. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables within Services SLAs and timelines. - Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders clearly, incorporate feedback effectively, and proactively flag risks. - Build strong partnerships with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams. - Apply design principles to produce a variety of engaging creative assets for print and digital platforms. - Manipulate and retouch images and digital content using software programs to enhance visual appeal and effectively communicate messages. - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to add brand-focused, business-relevant objectives to project work. - Identify opportunities to enhance creative workflows, design process improvement, efficiency, and quality standards. - Provide work direction to department employees and take a lead role in training new associates. - Support knowledge management activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities and implementing changes to enhance processes. • *Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in design, Visual Communications, or related field - 7-8 years of professional experience in visual design and/or creative services - Strong portfolio showcasing design content, skills, and experience - Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics, visually appealing content, attention to details, and thinking out of the box - Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, storyboarding, and animation - Outgoing, positive outlook, and team-oriented - Excellent time and self-management and communication skills - Professional working proficiency in English - Technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint presentation design, SiteCore, Digital Asset Management platform, and UI/UX tools Ecolab is a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services, committed to protecting people and vital resources.
