Responsibilities:
• Answer US customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff.
• Provide information, directions, and assistance to physicians, patients, their families, and vendors.
• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness in all interactions.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide creative solutions.
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree. No backlogs
• 0-8 years experience in international voice process/client coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills - mandatory.
• Willing to work in night shifts (10:30PM to 7:30AM).
• Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
