Required Candidate Profile: • Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills. • Capable of efficiently managing multiple critical tasks. • Strong communication abilities, with prior experience in customer care within any service-oriented industry being advantageous. • Possesses good computer literacy. • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu, along with a drive for professional advancement, is essential. • Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide product explanations, and offer relevant information. • Mandatory follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
