In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational values and strategic goals. As a key contributor to our people strategy, you will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source passive candidates, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver a seamless hiring experience. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your impact will directly influence our ability to scale sustainably and build a high-performing workforce.Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and long-term talent strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for both entry-level and mid-senior roles across departments.Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, employee referrals, and Boolean search techniques.Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the end-to-end candidate journey with professionalism and empathy.Coordinate interviews, schedule candidate assessments, and provide timely feedback to hiring teams.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and reporting readiness.Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.Build and nurture relationships with talent pools, universities, and professional networks to strengthen our talent pipeline.Minimum 60 candidates align for salary justificationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.1–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo) and LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to continuous process improvement.90% target mandatory₹500 per candidate incentive (after 60 candidates)Target not achieved after extension → salary deductionSend your updated resume to ₹500 per candidate incentive (after 60 candidates)
