Associate Product Manager

edumerge Solutions is building the AI-first operating system for education institutions across India. Our platform runs student operations, staff management, and institutional finance for schools, colleges, and groups of institutions. We are growing fast: 1500 institutions by March 2027. We are hiring an APM to own the College ERP pod. This is a front-line product role with direct customer exposure from day one. You will run discovery calls with engineering college leadership, write specs for developers, own UAT, and track the roadmap. The College ERP market is contested and we are a late entrant. Your job is to make sure we differentiate on depth, not just breadth. What You Will Own • Discovery conversations with engineering colleges: principals, HODs, registrars, accreditation coordinators • Pain catalog: a live document of real customer problems, ranked by frequency and severity • PRDs for College ERP modules (OBE, NAAC/NBA/NIRF readiness, accreditation, placements, alumni) • UAT ownership before every customer-facing release • College ERP roadmap document, maintained weekly • Feature adoption dashboards and post-release feedback loops with the CEM team What We Are Looking For • 1-2 years of product experience in B2B SaaS or EdTech • Comfortable running customer calls independently without a manager in the room • Can write a PRD that a developer can build from, not a deck • Understands or has curiosity about Indian higher education: affiliations, OBE, NAAC/NBA, academic operations • Moves fast, raises blockers early, does not wait for direction • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate; office-first, 5 days a week • Familiarity with prototyping and product tools, willingness to learn tools used by the team.
