Client Calling (Part Time)

Position: Client Calling Executive (Part-Time) Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month Working Hours: Minimum 4 hours per day Key Responsibilities: • Make cold calls to potential leads and existing clients to introduce company services and generate interest. • Schedule and confirm meetings with clients. • Follow up with clients regarding updates, requirements, and pending discussions. • Handle client queries over phone in a professional and polite manner. • Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system. • Coordinate with internal teams based on client discussions and requirements. Requirements: • Students / Housewives are welcome to apply. • Good communication and speaking skills in English/Hindi. • Comfortable with cold calling and regular client interaction. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication. • Ability to handle conversations confidently and maintain professionalism with clients.
