Position: Hospital Manager Location: Palghar ( Mumbai ) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: 5–10 Years Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation provided Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and administration • Manage staff scheduling, coordination, and performance • Ensure smooth functioning of departments and patient services • Maintain hospital policies, NABH standards, and compliance • Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and facility management • Monitor billing, reporting, and operational efficiency • Address patient concerns and improve service quality Requirements: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration or relevant field • 5+ years of experience in hospital operations • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Interested candidates can share their CV.
