Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kothagudem for an Aeronautical/Electrical Engineer who will serve as one of the co-founders. The role entails designing and optimizing electrical systems, overseeing power distribution, contributing to the development of advanced aeronautical and automotive technologies, and ensuring the integration of efficient energy solutions. The selected candidate will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot technical challenges, and drive the development of sustainable transportation innovations. Qualifications • Proficiency in Electrical Design and hands-on experience with Electrical Engineering principles • Solid understanding of Electricity and Power Systems, including their application in automotive and aeronautical technologies • Expertise in Power Distribution and energy-efficient systems • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field • Experience leading or contributing to engineering or product development projects • Passion for sustainable transportation and innovation in the automotive sector
