Shopify Developer & SEO Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an in-house Website Developer & SEO Manager to handle end-to-end management of our Shopify-based e-commerce website. This role involves website development, technical maintenance, performance optimization, and driving organic growth through SEO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on Shopify customization experience and a strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. You will work closely with the performance marketing team to improve CRO and Revenue. Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management (Shopify) • Manage and maintain Shopify store operations • Customize themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS • Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns • Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals • Ensure full mobile responsiveness • Identify and fix bugs and technical issues • Manage integrations (payments, CRM, WhatsApp, review apps, etc.) • Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM) • Optimize checkout flow and improve overall user experience SEO Management • Conduct keyword research (product, category, blog) • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and URL structure • Implement schema markup • Improve internal linking structure • Handle technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, site health) • Build and execute backlink strategies • Track keyword rankings and organic performance • Coordinate with content teams for SEO optimization Key Result Areas (KRAs)Website Performance • Page speed under 3 seconds • Core Web Vitals optimized • 99% website uptime Conversion Optimization • Improve website conversion rate (CRO) • Reduce bounce rate • Improve AOV through bundles, upsells, and UX improvements Organic Growth • Increase organic sessions month-on-month • Improve rankings for primary keywords • Increase organic revenue contribution Technical Health • Zero critical SEO errors • Proper indexing of product and collection pages • Accurate tracking and analytics implementation Reporting & Ownership • Monthly website performance reports • SEO growth and ranking reports • Clear improvement roadmap and execution ownership Ideal Candidate Profile • 3+ years of experience in Shopify + SEO • Prior experience working with D2C / e-commerce brands • Strong understanding of the performance marketing funnel • Highly hands-on and execution-focused • Comfortable collaborating closely with performance marketing teams Job Title: Shopify Developer & SEO Manager (Work From Office) Location: Noida, 63 Experience: 5+ Years Industry: D2C / E-commerce Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 Per Month (No Deductions) 📩 To Apply: Subject: Website Dev + SEO Application on talent@effora.in
