Client Servicing Director

Designation : Director - Client Services Responsibilities: 1.Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points. 2.Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction. 3.Provide outstanding services and build client confidence. 4.Develop process improvements to ensure client satisfaction and lead generation. 5.Supervise client service team to achieve the revenue goals. 6.Maintain positive, long-term and productive relationships with clients. 7.Maintain frequent client interactions to strengthen client relationships. 8.Ensure that all client requests are executed within assigned service timelines. 9.Maintain consistency and quality in all client communications. 10.Assign workloads to team members, oversee daily team workflow and redirect work to meet changing client needs. 11.Develop and deliver client presentations as needed. 12. Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing. 13. Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed. 14. Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
