Human Resource Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter Key responsibilities: 1. End-to-end responsibility for recruitment. 2. Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. 3. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates. 4. Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. 5. Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled. 6. Assist the HR staff in gathering market salary information. 7. Maintain the employee database and handle paperwork at the time of joining. 8.Sending Birthday wishes & conducting Birthday events at offices 9. Responsible for handling joining formalities. 10. Close exit formalities for relieving employees and prepare supporting documents for employees whenever required. 11. Handle employee engagement activities. Skill Set: 1.
