There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services. The Experts Team is a group of experts aligned to specific Industry or Functional Practice that works on with global teams in solving client mandates. The Experts provide insights from internal/ external databases, expert perspectives on industry trend and through their experiences. The Position The Position Senior Business Analyst – Global Technology Officers Practice Group The Expert will leverage their deep domain knowledge and external network to drive C-level/senior candidate recommendations and/or mid-level candidate development. The Expert is expected to function autonomously as required. However, the Segment and Practice experts and consultants work collectively as a team for market analysis/mapping, candidate idea generation, references and client assignment work. This role will be visible to clients and will be expected to help develop key account strategies. This is an individual contributor role and the Expert will work closely in collaboration with other global/regional Experts and Consultant colleagues around the world as a fully integrated team member on senior level, international projects. Our new colleague will receive prime guidance from Akanksha Mathur, Technology Officers Practice Group Specialist based in KCI and Ravi Yadav, Expert Head, KCI. Required knowledge/experience: • Post Graduate from an accredited academic institution • 5+ years of professional experience in Industry, Consulting or Research with deep knowledge of the Technology Function at large, its competitive landscape including the very latest trends • Experience of working on international engagements in a professional services environment with an understanding of Global market • Openness to traveling once or twice a year if need be • A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, conceptual thinking • Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
