Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Manager - Customer Care located in Bangalore Urban. The individual will oversee customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences, manage and resolve customer inquiries or complaints, and work to improve overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing service policies, training team members, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to enhance service levels. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional departments to align processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
• Customer Support experience and a focus on delivering solutions for client needs
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Previous experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within the real estate or service industry
