Performance Marketing Specialist- Paid Ads

Responsibilities • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video. • Develop strategies focused on improving ROAS, conversions, and lead generation. • Perform advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. • Optimize campaigns daily through bidding strategies, negative keywords, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. • Manage and scale high-budget accounts ($50K+/month) with a focus on cost efficiency. • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and offline conversions. • Identify growth opportunities through remarketing, new targeting segments, and seasonal trends. • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to communicate performance and improvements. • Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to improve ad relevance and landing page performance. Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. • Proven ability to manage and scale $50K+ monthly budgets effectively. • Strong expertise in Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video Ads. • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, attribution models, and bidding strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. • Google Ads Certifications in Search, Display, Shopping, Video, or Measurement are a plus. • Experience in eCommerce or lead generation marketing is preferred.
