Engagement Type: Full Time Work Location: Karimnagar Travel : - This work requires the associate to be willing to travel to different schools in and around Karimnagar to meet schools - 75% FaceTime with schools/ allies (Virtual or Physical Meets) - 25% Desk Time with leaders/ other stakeholders About The Role: You will play a crucial role in approaching stakeholders in the education landscape and building relationships to maximise the onboarding of schools onto our platform. We expect time flexibility from the candidate. Responsibilities: - Travel to various schools for pre-scheduled meetings and provide demonstrations of our products - Sell and deliver products to schools - Establish relationships with key stakeholders for better and faster reach - Provide market inputs to make decisions on product enhancements Key Result Areas - Number of meetings with schools - Conversion of Schools - Delivery of Products Qualifications - Graduates /Final Year Students in any discipline Competencies - Above-average communication skills in Telugu and English - Self-motivated and driven to achieve results Selection Criteria - Interview to test competencies - HR Round:- Interview to check culture fit Compensation we offer - Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month during internship - Travel allowance - Food allowance Work Culture - Open to ideas and suggestions - Teams are outcomes-driven - Flexible leaves/holidays/work hours/remote work/distributed workforce Growth Potential - Potential fulltime opportunity after 3 months of internship - Prospect to work closely with the management team and other association leaders
