Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for Early Years Educators and Facilitators, including Lead Teachers and Co-Teachers, at our Hyderabad locations (Banjara Hills, Kokapet, Jubilee Hills). The role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, engaging children in play-based and structured learning activities, and fostering their social and emotional development. Educators will also be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, maintaining effective communication with families, and participating in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices. Qualifications • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching young learners. • Experience in Education and Training methodologies tailored for early childhood. • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. • Ability to create engaging and inclusive classroom environments. • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related fields are highly preferred. • Passion for fostering growth and learning in early years.
