Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and direct sourcing. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and smooth hiring processes. • Track recruitment metrics and stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices. • Support onboarding processes, employee documentation, and maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers. • Assist in HR operations including employee engagement activities, policy implementation, and performance review coordination. • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and workplace concerns. • Manage exit formalities including exit interviews and clearance processes while supporting employer branding initiatives.
