The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities • Design visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials. • Create creative assets such as banners, advertisements, social media posts, infographics, and presentations. • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop innovative design concepts. • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains design consistency across platforms. • Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements that enhance communication and storytelling. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Edit and enhance images, graphics, and marketing materials as required. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and projects. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. • Maintain organized design files and follow best practices for version control and file management. • Ensure high-quality output across all digital platforms and marketing channels. Key Skills & Requirements • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma (optional), and Canva (optional). • Ability to create engaging designs for social media, digital ads, branding, and marketing materials. • Strong creativity and attention to detail. • Ability to understand brand identity and translate it into visual communication. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
