Web Developer Cum SEO Executive (India)

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer cum SEO Executive who can manage website development, maintenance, and optimization while ensuring strong search engine performance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress development along with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Key Responsibilities:WordPress Development: - Design, develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites - Customize themes and plugins as per business requirements - Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and security - Manage website updates, backups, and troubleshooting - Handle website responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility - Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins - Manage hosting, domain, and server-related tasks (basic level) SEO Responsibilities: - Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL optimization) - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis - Optimize website structure for better crawlability and indexing - Implement technical SEO (site speed, schema, sitemap, robots.txt, redirects) - Manage off-page SEO activities (link building, citations, submissions) - Track rankings, traffic, and performance using Google Analytics & Search Console - Prepare SEO performance reports and improvement plans - Work with content team for SEO-friendly content optimization Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, basic PHP & JavaScript - Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) - Good understanding of technical SEO - Experience in page speed optimization - Knowledge of WooCommerce (preferred) - Understanding of website security and backup plugins - Basic knowledge of hosting (cPanel, FTP, DNS) Preferred Skills: - Experience in E-commerce SEO - Knowledge of Schema Markup - Familiarity with UI/UX best practices - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Soft Skills: - Valuable communication skills - Problem-solving attitude - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team What We Offer: - Competitive salary - Growth opportunities - Friendly work environment - Performance-based incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
